These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tababa (طبابة) mobile application and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Orders & pricing
- Product availability, prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown at checkout and may change.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a pharmacy may accept or decline it.
- Bundle discounts and coupons apply only where stated and cannot be combined unless specified.
3. Prescription products
Certain products require a valid prescription. You agree to provide accurate prescription information, and orders may be reviewed, delayed, or cancelled if a prescription cannot be verified. The Service does not provide medical advice; always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Payments & wallet
You may pay by supported methods including card, cash on delivery, or the Tababa Wallet. Wallet balances are for purchases within the Service and are non-transferable. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to your original payment method or wallet.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct; additional charges may apply for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information.
6. Cancellations & returns
You may cancel an order while it is still pending. For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once dispatched, except where defective or incorrect, and subject to applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
- Do not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including prescriptions.
- Do not resell products obtained through the Service without authorization.
8. Wellness content
Guided breathing and wellness content is provided for general wellbeing only and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Stop and seek advice if you feel unwell.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tababa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
